LOOKING FOR: Professional House Cleaner
PAY: $17.60 – $25 + Mileage, tips, commission, bonuses
LOCATION: Minneapolis/St.Paul and surrounding suburbs
SHIFT: M-F 8:00 am – 4:00pm
HOURS: We are looking for Part-Time/Full-Time & On-Call Cleaners

Duties:

  • Clean residential houses, light commercial
  • Clean shared living spaces, kitchen, living room, bathroom, entries, bedrooms, dining room, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.
  • Must be able to work independently and work smart (sometimes on a team)

  • Paid House Cleaning Experience (preferred)
  • Reliable, Insured Vehicle (required)

Part-Time Scheduler and Client Relationship Extraordinaire (Position Not Currently Available)

Hours:

  • Part-time with the potential for growth into a full-time position with more pay. Training/Trial will be one-two weeks.

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a part-time Scheduler and Client Communicator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing schedules, is adept at clear and friendly communication via email and text, and has a positive attitude. While prior cleaning business experience is a major plus, it is not required. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage cleaning schedules for our team of cleaners across multiple clients.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and cleaners via email and text, ensuring all details are accurately conveyed.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable tone in all communications.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating resources and supplies for cleaning jobs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage complex schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work partly from home and partly from our NE Minneapolis location.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Prior cleaning business experience (residential preferred) is a plus but not required.
