Expect This—Not That

WE DO maintain a deep clean rotation schedule to manage items that don’t need to be cleaned at every visit, such as cleaning light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, baseboards and blinds. WE DON’T wash dishes, bedding or do laundry, nor do we professionally deep clean tile or grout. We don’t clean walls; however, we do spot clean walls around sinks or by special request with the understanding that we are not liable for paint damage. We don’t clean garages, nor do we offer full-service window cleaning; however, we love what we do!

How We Work

  • We are insured for both residential and small commercial clients.
  • We will agree on your regular cleaning days and times. We do not work on weekends or on our designated holidays: Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, and December 24, 25, 31 and January 1. If your regular cleaning day falls on one of these days, we’ll reschedule.
  • Our first visit is a deep clean customized to the size and condition of the home.
  • One-time special cleans or move in/move out cleans are only offered to current clients.
  • We love pets and will discuss in advance what is needed to get the job done and keep your pet safe. If there are any issues, we’ll call you.
  • Special requests will be honored. Just email us 1-2 weeks in advance so we can plan for it.
  • We love communication. Extra projects or additional deep cleans can be scheduled by email.
  • All accounts are processed on the 1st or 15th day of the month (your choice) and paid in advance with autopay. You can use a credit card or your bank account, whichever you prefer.
  • If your day doesn’t work for some reason, be sure to email us to reschedule with as much advance notice as possible (but at least 3 days prior). This will avoid cancellations which are billed at the regular rate since that time was reserved for you. The same is true for lockouts (times when we can’t gain entrance or entry codes have been changed).
  • We do not have contracts. We fully expect that our level of service will ensure a long-term relationship; however, either party may terminate our agreement with written or verbal notice to the other party at any time, for any reason. Payment for services rendered are still due.
  • Pricing increases of 3-5% occasionally occur, so we can continue to offer competitive pay to our cleaners and keep up with the rising cost of doing business.
